Experiencing Sound Installations: A conceptual framework

We propose a conceptual framework for describing and documenting sound installations from visitor’s point of view. In the form taxonomy, includes four complementary perspectives: sources, design approaches, visiting modalities visual aspects. Its elaboration was informed by review contemporary in Quebec as well literature on theoretical frameworks art installations. Compared with existing frameworks, taxonomy is useful comparing across meaningful perspectives stance. To illustrate potential benefits diversity it can portray, we provide comparative analysis different perspectives. conclude use this documentation purposes.
